Miraculous Healing

In books or movies of fiction, a character searches for some form of fountain of youth. In the Amazing Spider-Man comics and TV series a tablet of youth existed (a little comics and TV reference there). In the real world, people nowadays are fascinated with the idea of miraculous healing. As it stands, this miracle comes in the form of tea, a pill, or a fabulously labeled potion of health. Millions of dollars are spent as people search for cures that can banish all ailments and protect people from all forms of diseases.

After millions of dollars have been spent, sadly enough, no one has found the miraculous healing. Companies sell products in fancy packaging and use slick marketing, however, as it seems none of it is directly into healing abilities. At best, these products might have a minor positive effect. At worst, these mass-produced, semi-synthetic products can actually decrease people's health.

But why go search for a miracle pill and spend millions when maybe the mystical health tonic may be closer to home and is in fact very cheap. The solution may lie in simple raw ingredients. To find more click over to this blog which explains it in more detail. There, a reader will find what benefits apple cider vinegar, honey, and cinnamon super syrup have and what will do to the kidney, heart, and the common cold.

Everything we need to survive and be healthy is here on this beautiful green Earth. However, in an effort to make more and better food to feed billions of people, we process or genetically modify the food we eat. The food is pumped so full of antibiotics and pesticides, I wonder... are we trying to poison ourselves?

There is something wrong with our way of thinking. We are conditioned to believe natural cures do not work. At the same time, we are forced to put our faith in dangerous pharmaceuticals to find relief to our health problems. Often, a big drug is fast-tracked through the Food Drug and Administration (FDA) and fed to millions of very trusting people expecting to be cured. Then, we watch or read the news about a drug being pulled from the pharmacies because people were getting sick or even died. It should be crystal clear to everyone this is conventional medicine and it is about treating the symptoms, not preventing illness.

And then, there is the other factor: Profit. Let's use honey as an example. Honey supports the immune system, supplies the "building blocks" for healthy cells, and fights off harmful bacteria. When consumed, honey equips the body with proteins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, and other nutrients. However, grocery stores have a higher quantity of white sugar, raw sugar, corn syrup, and agave nectar. Too much of these sugars will lead to:

  • Heart Disease,
  • Weak Immune Systems,
  • Weight Gain,
  • Cancer,
  • Gut Problems,
  • Chronic Fatigue,
  • And More...

The price for these sugars is lower than honey and coupons for these sugars are in abundance. Why? It's simple. There are several major problems with honey in the economic part. Honey is un-patentable and is not as cheap to manufacture in mass quantities as refined-sugar. Therefore, it is far more profitable to sell processed sugar.

There is more to the story. After eating sugar a person may feel a powerful craving for more sugary foods. It is extremely difficult to resist. A person ends up eating more sugar. The more sugar a person eats, the more the body craves it.

As it turns out, some big food companies are aware of how easy it is to make a person hooked on sugar. These companies go to extreme lengths to convince consumers to keep buying. So these companies:

  • Spend millions of dollars in advertising to push foods scientifically proven to harm our health,
  • "Convince" government officials to prevent any health regulations on sugar (similar to some other industries), and
  • Sponsor bogus scientific studies and research to show the products are "healthy".

As companies get richer, the consumer get:

  • Obesity, chronic fatigue, diabetes, heart disease, cancer,
  • Medical expenses, and
  • Deteriorating quality of life with more weight gain, more sickness, and more pain.

Winter Squash

Winter squash comes in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Winter squash has more nutritive value, loads of fiber, and vitamins than summer squash. It also lasts longer, therefore it is a great value for the dollar. This fruit - squash is technically a fruit - makes great soups, adds texture to stews, bronze deliciously on a grill, and are sweet additions to a meal.

The preferred squash to choose at the market is the firm squash with no visible blemishes or soft spots. The stem end - where it was attached to the vine - should not be too dried out or bruised. The winter squash should be stored in a dry, cool place.

12 Types of Winter Squash

The winter squash has tough exteriors which help the squash to last even without refrigeration. Below are 12 types of winter squash:

  1. Delicata Squash,
  2. Acorn Squash,
  3. Butternut Squash,
  4. Hubbard Squash,
  5. Spaghetti Squash,

  7. Kabocha Squash,
  8. Sweet Dumpling Squash,
  9. Sugar Pumpkin,
  10. Red Kury Squash,

Consumer Caution

A media craze exists surrounding diet supplements and people can get many health benefits from these supplements. For some time now, supplement manufacturers have been crawling out of the woodwork to create their 'version' of diet supplements with wild claims as to its actual benefits. As each different company rushes into the market with its own formula, it is at this point hard to separate fact from fiction and premium product from worthless imitation.

Many companies just want to make a quick buck. Most diet supplements do not contain what is actually on the label. In addition, most companies claim to have 100% of an ingredient in their product, when in fact have much less or use synthetic variations.

With hundreds of manufacturers, it is essential for people to know what to look for and how to overcome misgivings regarding diet products. It is easy to make a list of concerns over buying a good product.

A lot of products do not work at all due to not containing the right ingredients or the right proportions. There has to be an exact science on creating an effective supplement. The price is very important for consumers. There is a risk of spending $100 or more on what could be a product from a snake oil salesmanship. It is crucial for a consumer to determine if a manufacturer has the real deal or is just trying to cash in on the latest diet. Many companies are all gimmick and no substance.

How can the consumer identify the legitimate products through all the smoke?

Key factors to look for which guarantees the product is genuine:

  • Third-Party Monitoring: Third-party monitoring is done by independent monitoring companies, these companies track each company's reputation and customer satisfaction. A crucial quality for a diet supplement manufacturer is reputation. When coming across a manufacturer, look for its reputation and any third-party monitoring.
  • Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee: A company will put its money where its mouth is when the company believes in its own product. Go with a manufacturer offering a product guarantee and offers a money-back when customers are not satisfied.
  • Third-Party Testing: Third-party testing verifies the products' quality, this is different from third-party monitoring. The testing is expensive for manufacturers since it can disqualify entire shipments of products. When not having independent quality testing there is no guarantee the products are what a company claims to be.
A consumer's time and money are valuable, therefore, do not waste either one.
